When faced with a new camera and lens system - it can be quite intimidating - and without this guide - I'd leave my a5000 on automatic and miss out on the full capabilities of the camera system. It has been to date a d=fair and honest appraisal of the a5000 - and allowed a beautiful set of pictures and videos of our last Far Eastern cruise and tour. From pictures in bright sunlight to videos in the rain in Nagasaki - tram ride in Hong Kong - all turned out better than I expected from this little optical powerhouse. More importantly - it allowed me to compensate for marginal conditions - both in and out of doors and allowed me a confidence level with this camera in record time. The Sony mirrorless DSLR is a powerhouse of capabilities - not all evident to the beginner. or new user- and this book details in an orderly, clear manner 'how to' find and use all those in most ever situation. I'm happy with my a5000 purchase - and happier still with information obtained from this product guide. Delivered though Amazon Prime and the USPS to my APO address in South Korea.
